Adeft Inc. is building an AI-native processing department for wholesale mortgage brokers: licensed processors, backed by our agents, taking the whole file. We will open to a small number of shops first, starting with the ones that see the most self-employed and complex-income files.

Self-employed borrower? This form is for mortgage professionals. Book an interview, start in the library, or choose Self-employed borrower below and we will point you there.

We use what you share here to reply to you and to place you on the list, and for nothing else. It is held by the vendors that host this form and our email, and we keep it until you ask us to delete it. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models. Please do not include loan numbers, Social Security numbers, or account details. Privacy policy.

    A founder replies.

    Within one business day, from a personal inbox, with where you are on the list and a follow-up on the one line you wrote about what is worst today.

    We tell you when files can be accepted.

    Joining the list starts a conversation; it does not reserve capacity. As we open, we say what can be taken and what cannot, and nothing else. No drip campaign. Do not send a borrower's file now; describe your workflow without borrower names or documents.

  3. 3

    Your first file.

    When we open to your shop, we start with one file, with your current processor still in place, so nothing rides on us. Before anything is uploaded, you get in writing the legal name and license details of the licensed processing company that will work your files, and our data-handling terms. Redacted files are welcome.
