This Privacy Policy describes how Adeft, Inc. ("Adeft," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our websites or use our services. It applies to customers, candidates, visitors, and the borrowers whose documents customers process through the platform.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, information we receive from authorized integrations, and information generated when you use our services.

• Account information: name, email, company, role.
• Customer content: mortgage documents and structured data submitted to the platform for processing.
• Usage data: events, timestamps, IP addresses, and device metadata used to operate, secure, and improve the services.

How we use information

We use personal information to operate the Adeft platform on your behalf, to provide customer support, to communicate with you about the service, and to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not train foundation models on customer borrower documents.

Sharing

We share information with vendors who help us operate the service (see Sub-processors) and with law enforcement when required by valid legal process. We require contractual confidentiality from every vendor with access to customer content.

Your choices

You can update or delete your account information at any time. Customers can configure retention windows for borrower content. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA / CPRA; see "Your California Rights" below.
