These terms cover your use of adeft.ai. Using the site means you accept them. They do not govern the processing service: when Adeft Processing opens to a shop, that shop signs a written service agreement, and that agreement controls.

Adeft Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 930 Montgomery Street, Suite 302, San Francisco, CA 94133.
What this site is, and is not
This site describes a service that is being built and is not yet available. Nothing on it is an offer of credit, a loan application, a determination of what anyone qualifies for, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Adeft Inc. is not licensed as a mortgage lender, mortgage broker, or loan processor in any state and does not originate, arrange, offer, or negotiate loans. Any loan processing done with Adeft Inc.'s software is performed and approved by licensed processors at a licensed mortgage processing company. Guides and examples on this site are general education; for your own situation, talk to a licensed mortgage professional, and check any professional's license on NMLS Consumer Access.
Joining the waitlist
The waitlist is a list, not a contract. Joining it starts a conversation with a founder. It does not reserve processing capacity, set a price, or commit either of us to anything. We may decline to add a shop, and you may ask to be removed at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to send us other people's personal information, to probe or disrupt the site, or to scrape it for commercial use. Do not submit borrower documents or loan details through any form on this site.
Your submissions
You keep whatever rights you have in what you send us. You give us permission to use it to reply to you and to run the waitlist, as described in the privacy policy.
Our content
The text, design, and code of this site belong to Adeft Inc. You may link to any page and quote short passages with attribution. Do not copy pages wholesale or present them as your own.
Third parties
Scheduling, the newsletter, and analytics run on other companies' services under their own terms. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we do not control them.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise either. To the extent the law allows, Adeft Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything published on it, and our total liability to you for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California.
Changes
We will post the date of any change at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
