These Terms govern your use of the Adeft platform and websites. By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Adeft provides an agentic platform that performs document processing, condition tracking, and service orchestration on behalf of mortgage processors. The service is provided as software-as-a-service under a separate Master Services Agreement that takes precedence over these Terms for paying customers.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the integrity of the platform.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of customer content. Adeft retains ownership of the platform, models, and aggregated, de-identified, statistical information generated through your use of the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Adeft is not a law firm, a title company, or a lender. The platform assists with processing tasks and does not provide legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
